Nice pool, marvellous and impeccable location in a nice area of town. Just next door to beach and bars and bars.

Had a fabulous stay for our fist visit to Puerto Vallarta and will be back. The staff was perfect, the room was quiet, everything was perfect. We enjoyed rooms on the upper floors. It had a balcony and a chair if needed.

The hotel was nice little and stunningly beautiful, and the staff were great, thoroughly enjoyed the particularly good location not far from the beach and plenty of restaurants in Zona Romantica, a nice coffee shop, and the center. The rooms were nice and beautiful on the balcony. The free parking was nearby, great service. Pretty nice facilities and the pool was nice.

location in the heart of the city was a plus. furthermore, in cafeteria it was basic simple breakfest to choose from.

I recently stayed at the Zonaz Boutique Hotel for a week-long getaway. The communication prior to my arrival was excellent, and Siggy was incredibly helpful during my stay. The small apartment I stayed in was tastefully appointed and immaculately clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I loved having lots of pillows for lounging. The hotel's location was perfect - it was walking distance to the Malecon and other restaurants and bars, yet situated on a quiet street. The owners were friendly and provided thoughtful amenities like an umbrella and beach towels. The Wi-Fi was also great in my room, which made working and staying connected a breeze. I highly recommend this hotel for its cozy atmosphere, great location, and friendly staff.

Despite being in a lively area, the hotel was tucked away on a quiet street, providing a peaceful atmosphere. The owners were incredibly helpful and friendly, always available to offer assistance or advice. They even provided an umbrella, beach towels, and a beach bag, which was a thoughtful touch.

The location was ideal, just a few blocks away from the beach and all the action, yet still quiet and safe. The room was clean, spacious, and well-decorated, with a lovely balcony overlooking a beautiful courtyard. The hotel offered great amenities, like physiotherapy and massage services at affordable prices. The staff were hospitable and welcoming, making sure my stay was hassle-free. The breakfast at the nearby café was delicious, and the apartment was conveniently close to the beach. Although there were a few drawbacks, like having to walk up and down stairs to get to the main area and the pool being a bit chilly, they were minor compared to the overall amazing experience. I highly recommend Zonaz Boutique Hotel for a relaxing and comfortable stay. I would definitely stay here again.
